Our Story

After fifteen years with Turner Construction, I formed Marquee Development Group to explore new
opportunities. As Marquee, we completed many projects ranging from complex renovations at the
iconic LeVeque Tower in Columbus to high-rise residential multifamily at One on the Peninsula in the trendy Scioto Peninsula development district. In addition to our GC projects, along the way, we
developed a reputation as a high-quality self-perform subcontractor in cold-form metal framing,
partitions, ceilings, and acoustically dependent systems. Now, we want to get back to our general
contracting roots and display our expertise with McCade Construction. With a wealth of experience behind us and our observations of how others perform, we want to share a better way with our perspective owners and clients.
